1. Visa Compliance

• In case of visa send to embassy, Sky Travels Pakistan cannot responsible.
  Additional fees of embassy will be separately paid by passenger.
• In case of visa rejected by embassy, Sky Travels Pakistan cannot responsible
  for rejection. Re-apply charges will also separately be paid by passenger

2. Flight Cancellation

• Cancellation of flights are subject to the respective airlines company’s policies.
• Sky Travels Pakistan will be not responsible for any cancellation of flight.
• Refund of cancelled tickets depend entirely on the airlines policy

3. Umrah Transportation

• Transport service will be provided only for those who will process Visa along
  with transportation and it will be covered all transport airport to airport.
• The passenger must inform and confirmed their inter city transfer before 24
  hours of travelling date and also make sure the provided timings and pick-up
  and drop-off points. It will not be necessary the transporter will pickup from your
  respective hotel.
